Minutes from May 11, 2017 Meeting

NEXT MEETING – September 7, 2017

Booster Club Officer elections:

• Voting was held, below are the elected officers for the 2017-2018 school year:
  • President – Mark Throne
  • Vice President – Brian Biery
  • Treasurer – Steve Fekete
  • Fund Raising Coordinator – WendyLee Olshefski
  • Secretary – Jenniah Herb

Other:

• Revisit Freshman team fee for next year.
  • Lower fee and add fundraisers
  • Patient’s First wants to donate – could cover cost of Freshman team shirts, put Patient’s First name on back.
• Create a Signup Genius for parents to sign up to help with any of our various fundraisers so that we have a contact list.

The Baseball Booster Club will be having a meeting on Thursday, September 7th, 7:30 PM in Room 702.

Agenda:

• Review minutes from last meeting
• Review Treasurers report: previous balance, expenditures and current balance.  Upcoming expenses?

• Fall Ball fees
• Dates/information we need to be aware of from Nick
